Place your answers in the comments box below and I'll be able to check whether you've got them right!
I'm so sorry, but regrettably (owing to postage costs), this competition is only open to people with a U.K. address.
So, here are the clues :
1. It’s beefy, it’s spicy – and it’s worth the wait.
2. Perfect old fashioned comfort food for when you’ve been out for a countryside ramble.
3. I wonder if they’re using Crock Pots to cook this beef dish, now, in Russia.
5. Don’t throw away your roast chicken carcass! Your crock pot will turn it into liquid gold.
Helpful hint : you might find the "Recipe Index" useful! (Just open up the page and look through for the named slow cooker recipes!).
The competition is open for four weeks, so will close on the 12th April 2012. The winner will be announced on (or around) the 19th April 2012.
Good luck, everyone!

ReplyDeleteNow I have one of these so I don't need to enter the comp but I have to say I do LOVE it, am very surprised what you can cook in them. Leaving the house and coming home to the smell is gorgeous, drives my dog crazy - AND very little room for messing up.... handy for me. Great comp btw x
ReplyDeleteAww, thanks for saying that Alice! It's always great to hear some positive feedback for any kitchen gadget - but one that's being given away as the prize for a competition is even better! I thought, just from the look of the thing, that it appeared to be a great prize - but now I know it is. :)
DeleteThis page has had 93 page views this week, but only a handful of entries. I'm wondering if something is putting you off from entering? Do say, if so, because it may be something I can do something about! :)
