My Mum makes loads of jam ever year but because she lives in France it's difficult for me to bring a lot home with me, so my homemade jam experiences are limited to a few times a year.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10948956773400066219noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6040346349049757534.post-77566067607571897242010-08-30T11:16:26.102+01:002010-08-30T11:16:26.102+01:00Hiya Jane :) No, you just need common or garden g...Hiya Jane :) No, you just need common or garden granulated sugar. Because you're only making the one pot and will be keeping it in the fridge, you don't need to worry about the preservation aspect. It generally doesn't hang around long enough to go furry! :D

Oh, and your Nectarines would be absolutely perfect to try it out with. :)Jenny Eatwellhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16664664803454422811noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6040346349049757534.post-81828055117164571812010-08-29T21:52:54.509+01:002010-08-29T21:52:54.509+01:00Now this is an insight! Small batch jam opens the door again!

Question though, if I may be so bold, do I need any particular sugar? Do I need to buy posh preserving sugar, or can I make do with whatever is in the cupboard?Janehttp://tincanmountaintop.wordpress.com/noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6040346349049757534.post-2976803240463901822010-08-24T11:25:10.028+01:002010-08-24T11:25:10.028+01:00mmmmM!
