Where Poole's Aldi is concerned, I guess you won't be going back there in a hurry! lolJenny Eatwellhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16664664803454422811noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6040346349049757534.post-62466610651124607342011-04-04T14:00:28.511+01:002011-04-04T14:00:28.511+01:00mmmmmM! Coat them in beaten egg and then rolled in breadcrumbs.
But, a bit extra special, done with lamb. Polpette, as we call them. My Mum, made thousands, her favorite way was, to cook the meatballs in chopped tomatoes.
Brown the meatballs in a frying pan, cover with a tin of chopped tomatoes, and cook for about 30mins.
Adding of course, onions, herbs and things of your own choice. And, yes, nice with sweet potatoes.
Oh! l paid a visit to Aldi's in Poole on Sat. By way of a change. Whata Misaka to Maka....!
Got there at 8:45, walked in , the place was empty, except for a lady stacking spuds.
I should have walked out. So, had a little look round, NO whole loaves, No Olive Oil, NO bacon. I did spend £13. Got a large chicken, only one left mind, at £2:99. Then l waited at the check out for some woman to come running out.....God....!
I came out, feeling a letter coming on.........! Then l thought 'Neah! What's the point.
My fault, should have gone to Asda in the first place.......At least they do breakfast there.
But, then, you live and learn.....! :)
Won't be going there again.......And, there's me, always telling people to stick to what and who you know......!WILLIE...! =(^..^)=https://www.blogger.com/profile/14862273578655424772noreply@blogger.com
