It's true it's not a "meat & two veg" dinner (it's more a fish & five veg dinner, lol) but I'm sure you could present it looking like a meat & two veg dinner would look, if that's what he's used to. :)Jenny Eatwellhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16664664803454422811noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6040346349049757534.post-58064425285255670552011-02-16T13:45:40.744+00:002011-02-16T13:45:40.744+00:00Sounds lovely, although not sure my fussy husband ...Sounds lovely, although not sure my fussy husband would eat it. The Mackerel. Cheap, always available, and even cooked in boiling water and vinegar, superb. <br />My Dad, he was English, but l don't hold that against him, lol. Always used to say to me, "fish gives ya brains boy" "AND, you need a lot of fish". Eaten a lot of fish over the years, AND,l've still got the IQ of a rocking horse........! :0) BUT....l can cook....Grazie Mama....x :)WILLIE...! =(^..^)=https://www.blogger.com/profile/14862273578655424772noreply@blogger.com
